Bought this Microwave refurbished. However when it arrived the Microwave did not work, the grill and oven appeared to do but did not check extensively. Sad; but Amazon who fulfilled the item did their usual great job of expediting return and repayment.

Had now for a little while; very happy with article - does a good job efficiently,economically.
Very suitable replacement for its predecessor.

I am writing to say how well amazon responded when the microwave broke down, rarther than review it.
The microwave worked every well for 6 months, but stopped working on a Wednesday night.
I contacted Amazon by e-mail(finding a phone number was imposible).
On Friday morning my old microwave was taken away,and on Saturday morning my new microwave arrived, and it has worked well since.

Recommended by Which? - as the best of a poor bunch (the way I read it).
First one failed after 2 days but was replaced promptly FOC by Amazon.
Not impressed: noisy, grill/oven burns items on the top tray, takes ages to preheat which it does for many programs and the fan often runs on for no apparent reason. Not in the same class my previous Dimension 4.
Is this really 'the best of the poor bunch'?
